Collaboration: Doing Well by Doing Good

Why Collaborate?

The world's fastest computer is the IBM's Roadrunner. This marvel can run 1,000 trillion instructions per second, such a speed is hard to imagine. There is, however, only one computer that is faster than the Roadrunner ... it sits right on your shoulders.

Imagine the power of connecting all these supercomputers -human brains that is- and have them all work in tandem, or collaborate. This is the real value of the Internet.

Brains are better than any search engine in finding solutions for problems at hand, especially those with relevant skills and experience. Thus, an oncologist will find solution by using the collective intelligence of other oncologists, faster and more efficient than using any form of technology.

For a cost-conscious society, which faces rapidly rising prices of oil and goods, online collaboration is a godsend.

The vision of Dr Templeton and myself in creating medical collaboration network will not be complete or even possible, without your active participation as our most important business partner.

Go ahead, and contribute from your skills and talent, share useful information with others. Someone, someday will benefit from it, perhaps in a most significant manner.
