Mr. Evgey, founder and CEO of MCN, has been involved in all aspects of development and implementation of interactive multimedia for over 18 years.

Mr. Evgey is a well-known expert in interactive multimedia. He is the co-author of a book on the subject, and writer for Reshet, a prestigious Israeli IT magazine.

David Evgey was the CEO of several companies, leading the development of interactive multimedia and authoring systems, as well as content, for corporations in the U.S. and Europe. He has also led the development and day-to-day operations of large multimedia projects for European companies, like Swiss Railways and the Swiss banks, such as Bank SBS and UBS.

As a musician and singer, David contributes all proceeds from CD's, and shows to people in need.

Philip A. Templeton, M.D., FACR, is a board certified radiologist and Fellow of the American College of Radiology. Trained as a radiology resident at the University of Maryland and as a Thoracic radiology fellow at the Massachusetts General Hospital, he was Chief of Thoracic Radiology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and then the University of Maryland Medical Center.

Dr. Templeton served ten years as Chairman of Radiology at the University of Maryland and was also a Visiting Scientist and lecturer at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. He also served a two-year term as President of the Medical Staff at the University of Maryland. At Maryland, he created the largest electronic imaging department in the United States, and crafted numerous successful corporate partnerships with imaging companies, whereby both exchanged value and benefited in a variety of ways through the partnership. He has served as a member of medical advisory boards to many major imaging companies.

Dr. Templeton is now President and CEO, Templeton Readings, LLC, a tele-health services and strategic corporate partnering company.
