Can I use MCN for medical consultation?

MCN is as close as you can get to a face to face meeting and is secure. In many cases, particularly when live meeting is not possible, MCN is an excellent option.

Can I use MCN for delivering training or CME?

Yes. You can schedule and deliver live training to 90 individuals at the same time (platinum Plan). There is no limit to the number of meetings you can hold, and all phone conferences are free.

What are your terms of payment?

We accept all main credit cards and automatic transfer from bank accounts.

Am I obligated to use the service for a fixed period of time?

No. The service is month by month. Use it as long as you need it and you can cancel at any time.

How often do you update the information?

Updating information is an ongoing task. Our goal is to provide you with the most accurate and updated data. Many physicians and their office managers as well as vendors, help up in refining the database by sending us updates.

Is there any limit to the number of people I can meet online using your service?

No. The "conference room" is limited to 5 or 90 people at the same time but the number of meetings is not limited.
